Fix custom search plugin parsing

  • Revert "[FIX] Add format html to wikiplugin_customsearch. Otherwise, paragraphs are added to the search form in the default template."

This reverts commit 095f7f57.

(this change broke all custom search pages like https://dev.tiki.org/Wishlist which use wiki plugins in the search form template)
