[ENH] Calendar : Highlight specific event having classification background-color on calendar page

With the URL like this: example.org/tiki-calendar.php?calIds[]=12&calitemId=121&todate=1715292000, the event having classification background-color specified in the parameter 'calitemId' will be highlighted in calendar page.
