[FIX][ENH] Tiki API: Enhancements and Issue Resolution for endpoints

This merge request fixes various issues across all Tiki API endpoints.

PS. The /wiki/preview endpoint currently returns an error: Action not found (preview in wiki) (404).

I need guidance on handling this please. Should I implement the preview action? If so, what should its behavior be?
