[NEW][REF] Tiki console: add database convert engine command

Boss Ibrahim Mussa Gregoire requested to merge bim-g/tiki:innodb_requirement into master

It's has been recommended to clean up the tiki_convert_myisam_to_innodb.sql file. While reading also tiki InnoDB documentation,https://doc.tiki.org/InnoDB#Migrating_existing_MyISAM_databases we realized that database engine conversion is done manually, that's why then we added a command to help convert the database engine.
