[FIX] (add tracker item) - unable to add a tracker item when an icon type field exists on the form

The popup closes automatically when an icon type field exists on the form. This is caused by the error array_filter(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, given Search_Formatter_Transform_DynamicLoaderWrapper
