[FIX][UI] Import Bootswatch theme variables files instead of reproducing them...

  • [FIX][UI] Import Bootswatch theme variables files instead of reproducing them in Tiki to be edited, to handle these themes like a normal dependency. Fix color contrast issues (todo: take care of remaining ones). Also improve plugin execution pending approval dialog with more appropriate Bootstrap classes.
