Draft: [ENH] User information : Add possibility to create personal wiki page with either realname or login

In example.org/tiki-user_preferences.php, example.org/tiki-user_information.php, example.org/tiki-wizard_user.php

Now, when the user adds the realname to his preferences, he is directed to the edition of a new page when he clicks on "Your Personal Wiki Page", instead of the page he created with his login (username, email).

With this modification, if a user creates a page with the realname, this is the one that will be presented to him, otherwise the one created with the login will be presented to him.
