[FIX] markdown conversion: make all toolbar items be uniform and use same cursor.

Boss Ibrahim Mussa Gregoire requested to merge bim-g/tiki:markdown_toastui_toolbar_cursor into master

It has been reported that there some item on TOAST UI editor does not have the same cursor while point to them. So, the idea it to make all item be uniform and have same look like TOAST UI toolbar items.
