[FIX] Making The PluginTour buttons work

There is a whitelist of allowed attributes for dynamically inserted elements. PluginTour uses the "data-role" attr, which is not on https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/blob/master/lib/jquery_tiki/tiki-jquery.js#272
