[FIX] markdown conversion: hyperlink not handled by TOAST UI WYSIWYG editor.

Boss Ibrahim Mussa Gregoire requested to merge bim-g/tiki:markdown_conversion_tostui_link into master

After converting wiki syntax to markdown, unfortunately the hyperlink was not handled by TOAST UI on WYSIWYG editor, and the reason was the link was not formatted to markdown syntax.
