[FIX] Rebuilding Index - Too many inclusions error when many pages include a portion of another wiki page

I found that during index rebuilding, the number of inclusions is checked globally, which means that if more than 5 pages include the same portion of another wiki page, there is an error with the index:rebuild command. Normally the inclusion limit concerns a specific page!
