I closed !3475 (closed) due to conflicts.

image image After checking, --bs-dropdown-link-disabled-color is already declared and has this color which is not matching with this admin ui section but wors fine with other themes, so instead of overwritting it and affect other themes, I am using the same color with a low opacity (matching the previous one)
