[FIX] Trackers: Fix select2 cursor focus

Reporting a bug on dev.tiki.org: Sometimes, cursor jumps to the next field (which is Select2). To reproduce, add an issue at https://copydev.tiki.org/Make-a-wish and at one point, you'll likely notice it.
