[ENH] module Git: add param options to select the last date to display.

Boss Ibrahim Mussa Gregoire requested to merge bim-g/tiki:git_module_last_update_by into master

There steal confusion on Git module when it required to display the last udate date, so we propose that the user can select where it going to display the update of the last commit, or the update of the last pull.
