[ENH] Intertiki: Port XML/RPC code to a maintained equivalent
In this MR i did two things:
- Replace the XML-RPC lib
- Fix "Unable to contact remote server" error with trunk/PH8.1
PS: I haven't modified everywhere intertiki intervenes for the moment. But by correcting the error during authentication I believe it will allow us to correct the rest as we go along? If you have other urgent use cases, let me know I'll take a look.
