[ENH] Mail-in: Store Mail in Tracker

Description

Add the option for sending received emails when configuring the functionality in Trackers. Each email will be sent to a specific Tracker. The fields of the Tracker will correspond to the elements of the email (sender, from, attachments, etc.).

Steps to test

To test, you have to configure the Mail in feature by using the Mail in Tracker option.

Expected result

Once configured and an email sent to the address specified in the Mail in account, a Tracker will be created based on the verification which is automatic, if it is not, you have to verify it manually.
