[FIX] Resolving issue of auto merge with i18n

Description

Resolving the issues that happen on i18n server ,commit cant be done to the trunk adding a method for writing to file one specific language

Steps to test

It is hard to test the result , it can only be test with a svn copy and directlty on the i18n server t

Expected result

it will commit all the translations that are in the database to trunk
