[FIX] Fix layout for help popup when trying to rename a wiki page

Description

Resolving the layout issue of the popup help when trying to delete a wiki page

Steps to test

  1. Go to the list of wiki page in control panel
  2. select one page and view it
  3. on the bottom of the page click rename and you will the rename page
  4. On that page see the little icon on redirect original page
