[ENH][FIX] Adjust content overflow when clicking on Save and comment

Domeshow Emmanuel requested to merge Domeshow/tiki:adjust_content_overflow into master

When modifying an element, by clicking on Save and comment, the modification history of the item is displayed and if preferred, related items as in the case of Avan.tech (timesheets). If the content has a very long text like a too-long URL for example, the text overflows the modal window.
