[ENH] PluginDiagram: Show galleries, sub-galleries hierarchically

Description

When the Diagram plugin {diagram} is used in a wiki page, galleries must appear hierarchically.

Steps to test

Add the tikiwiki/diagram package, activate the Diagram plugin and use {diagram} code in a wiki page.

Expected result

The user should see the gallaries on the page in a select box displayed in a hierarchical way, he must first have added galleries.
