[FIX]Change spelling of Multilinguale to Multilingual in some part of Tiki
okay after some checking i have found only one misspelling of Multilingual in one file below templates/tracker/edit_field.tpl Then I corrected the mistake then i have created a branch(FixMulti) i did commit plus a push on the new branch and a merge request to master
