[FIX] Plugin TikiManager - hide profile fields by default when a popup is shown

Domeshow Emmanuel requested to merge Domeshow/tiki:fix_plugin_TM_apply_profile into master

On the Tiki Manager UI it works but When using the PluginTikiManager and you want to create an instance in the modal, There is no way to create a new instance without choosing a profile because the "profile" field is displayed and it is required. It should be hidden by default like on the Tiki Manager UI.
