[ENH] Backlinks: Show icon for tracker item status

Backlinks from tracker items has now status shown both in wiki pages when {backlinks} is invoked and in the topline if backlinks feature is enabled in the control panel. If the tracker's display option "Show status" is off, the status icon is then hidden for backlinks from that specific tracker.
