[FIX]Change spelling of Multilinguale to Multilingual in some part of Tiki
Description
i have found the misspelling of Multilingual in those two files below templates/tracker/edit_field.tpl lang/de/language.php Then I corrected the mistake then i have created a branch(fixtypo) i did commit plus a push on the new branch and a merge request to master
