[ENH] Plugin Mautic: options should be contextual

Before, you had to type the type of mautic object to use and then enter the values in the fields corresponding to the Type. This MR is used to display the fields depending to the first choice. I haven't seen a plugin doing this except wikiplugin_module, but like it loads another module in the popup; I had to create another structure with a new parameter called refers_to. This structure could well be used for other plugins of this kind.
