[ENH][UI] bs5: Modify _tiki-pagetop-colors.scss to handle background images and gradients as well as colors; specify related values as Tiki CSS variables for easy modification by site admin, etc. (This assumes the parent divs are meant to have the same colors as the navbars. If not, the theme shouldn'timport the file.) Todo: update more themes, write doc page.
