[FIX] BS5 regression: make the comments area load in some features again
In some features, such as:
- Articles
- Blogs
- Tracker Items
- FAQs
- Plugin comments
the comments zone didn't show because of the data target name change in Bootstrap 5. Please see the following video: Comments not loading
