[ENH] stop indent thread discussion

Domeshow Emmanuel requested to merge Domeshow/tiki:dev_stop_indent_thread_discussion into master

The discussions comes to a point it is hard to read and most of the screen space is wasted. The goal is to stop indent thread discussion at some point (comments replies).

I added a preference that has two options:

  1. An option to limit the indentation (to 5 replies)
  2. Another to keep the current behavior. (No limit).
