[FIX][ENH] Tiki calendar issue when viewing
The tikicalendar has some broken functionalities.
- When viewing the calendar, clicking on a given date or event, a tiki modal should be opened with relative actions to take on
- The layout of the calendar was not well since we moved to bootstrap 5
