[FIX] Moving logic of the reading time module from smarty template to php to allow future improvements

[FIX] Moving logic of the reading time module from smarty template to php to allow future improvements. I also improved the counting of words in case of accent and non-latin languages. This is also committed in due to integrate other sections content like blogs, articles, forums and tracker field textarea.
