[ENH][UX] Wiki Pages Listing (tiki-listpages.php): Hide the hits column in the table based on the stats feature activation status
requested to merge ElvisAns/tiki:Tiki-list-page__Avoid_showing_page_hit_informations_when_the_stat_feature_is_not_activated into master
On tiki-listpages.php, there should be no "Hits" column if the Stats feature is disabled. This refers to a request made on dev.tiki by @bsfez Additionally, show a message to remind only users with admin rights to activate the stats feature to see the hits information. I Also added directly one translation set for the message.

And finally the message disappear when the feature is activated
