Related task : https://avan.tech/item73890-Admin-Security-Tips-and-help-links-on-the-Security-admin-panel-should-be-helpful#threadId=55697 The goal is to simplify the Remarkbox message and actions for the security control pannel option in the tiki admin space, the Tip(REMARKBOX) shoud redirect to https://doc-page.tiki.org/System-Configuration. The Tip was having so many links (which doesn't make it meaningful).
