[FIX][ENH] Trackers: radio button field and few others now have content value validation
Tracker radio content value validation on preview and save actions. If the value that comes from the frontend is not among the options values for radio input created by the owner of the tracker, we return "Invalid Value" as the error value.
(please note some of the screenshots below are slightly obsolete after some more tweaks and fixes done in this MR)
