[ENH] Plugin AutoTOC: new parameters to determine if the content of the PluginTabs should be included in TOC or not and what parts

I added some parameters in the pluginAutotoc so that it is supported in the pluginTabs.

Basically the pluginAutotoc included the table of contents in the page based directly on the node mainly from the document with the Id #page-data.
