[FIX] Trackers, Mathematical field: Better verbose on error when the parameter calculation is empty (Extend Solution)

Fix the issue with the Mathematical Tracker Field when the calculation parameter is empty on item save by customizing the message error for the admin and the user who has the tracker edit permission (tiki_p_admin_trackers). Extend the solution: !1333 (merged) to support all all tracker viewports like:

  • Trackers
  • Trackers plugin
  • Unified index
