[FIX] Articles: source URL shown instead of original in view articles

In the View Articles page, articles that had a source URL added to them will display the source URL (LinkTo URL) instead of the original URL as the link to read the full article. This issue was described here https://dev.tiki.org/item8053

I made article title and read more links to be Tiki article URL whether the article has a source URL or not.
