[FIX] wikiplugin_included - fix issue setting wikiplugin_included_page global value

Jorge Sá Pereira requested to merge softstart/tikiwiki/tiki:fix-wikiplugin-include-page into master
  • The value is now set with with the page that is being included the other plugins can point to the correct page
  • Fix issue in wikiplugin_pivottable template that was not using the correct page variable
