[FIX] Plugin Help: plugins descriptions not shown under certain circumstances

In a textarea field click on the Question Mark in the upper right-side corner, then go to the Plugin Help tab. You'll see that plugins' descriptions are not shown; rather, it shows "No description available". This is a bug that appears under certain circumstances.
