[FIX][UI/UX] Banners: big image uploaded as banner overlaps the interface
The task required to fix the problem of Big image uploaded as banner that overlap the interface, and to resolve it its recomended to reprodiuse the bugs in order to understand the problem. https://avan.tech/item71298-Big-images-uploaded-as-banner-Image-overlap-the-interface;
But on tiki 23.x while upload image as banner it could not be displayed , but on tiki 20.x it displayed, so it required to found out how to resolve the problem on tiki 23.x,and to do so some modification on banner_image.php was required.
