[TRA] Update lang/ur/language.php with more 5k lines

complete count of translated lines are 8800 but in between i have commented some lines because of apostrophe "s" expression and some regular expression need to have second check on that and again in urdu lines urdu commas "," are present need to removed but it is more time taking
