[TRA] Swahili language: added 30 translations of Tiki user interface
requested to merge joeldeocm88/tiki:add_1000_swahili_translation_to_tiki_focusing_on_user_interface into master
I had to bring more or less 30 translations out of the 1000 requested at the Tiki user interface.
