[FIX] user bookmarks fails to execute
When user assigns one of modules like "user bookmarks" using module plug-in in wiki page like {module module = "user_bookmarks"}, instead of expected bookmarks interface, error message is displayed: "Unable to run module" user_bookmarks ". After analyzing under what circumstances this appears, it seems that it is when the module is not activated in the administration page.
