[FIX] Updating custom module name no longer creates additional new custom module

SOLVED: When editing a custom module and any change is made to the name of the custom module being edited, a new custom module is automatically created using the details collected from the edit form when submitted. This bug was described here and the task was assigned here https://avan.tech/item71736
