[FIX] correction of the bad translation made in the Swahili language
requested to merge joeldeocm88/tiki:correction_of_bad_translation_made_in_the_Swahili_language into master
In the translation file for Swahili I found lines that were translated into French or English or even bad Swahili so I had to reread all these lines in order to correctly bring up the translations that match. I took advantage of this merge to directly solve the translation problem of the administrator interface on the tiki-admin_schedulers.php page since it is the same swahiki language.php file that is used.
