[KIL] bs5: Remove CSS menu (suckerfish/Superfish menu) feature. Todo: Make changes in related JavaScript and vendor files, and clean up UI where necessary.

    Thanks for this @gary.cunningham-lee

    There are a couple of dependencies that might not be real connected to this - like feature_wiki_structure_drilldownmenu for instance?

    And it seems to be saying the type vert or horiz might be dependent on them, but we still have vertical menus don't we?

    Let's discuss sometime...

    On sh setup.sh, I am getting
