[FIX] unable to load hooks folder variable from .env file

Boss Ibrahim Mussa Gregoire requested to merge bim-g/tiki-manager:missing_hooks_folder_variable into master

While trying to create and instance within tiki, we get and error message 'Argument ($hooksFolder) must be of type string, null given', and will not be able to create an instance. missing_hooks_folder_variable_name
