Victor wrote "You can apply a Tiki patch or any composer package patch but only in vendor_bundled folder - that is, packages shipped with Tiki. Tiki manager package itself lives in vendor folder which is manually installed by user using Tiki Packages admin section. We cannot (yet) apply such patches."
