Draft: [ENH] Add support for PHP8

Jorge Sá Pereira requested to merge softstart/tikiwiki/tiki-manager:php8-support into master
  • Update CI pipelines to run lint and unit tests using PHP8
  • PHP CodeSniffer now also tests compatibility with versions higher than 7.1
  • Update tests to be compatible with PHPUnit v6 (PHP 7.1) and v9 (>= PHP 7.4)
  • Apply coding standards
