[refactor] Memo tweaks

Remove create memo as it no longer serves any functional purpose. Creating a pool is done by staking.

Renamed txWithdraw to txUnstake, although withdraw as a memo still refers to unstaking for now. This requires the frontend to switch to using unstake, then withdraw can be removed.

Also replaced "withdraw" language with "unstake"
