Mainnet consensus release 3.21.0, following ## Mainnet Release (Private Image) in docs/release.md.

This release will use a private binary including additional security patches - DO NOT build from source.

Branch

mainnet-3.21.0 = 94dac8db972, a merge of origin/mainnet (3.20.3, b08d81f) and tag v3.21.0 (4fe4e93ce02) whose tree is identical to v3.21.0 (git diff mainnet-3.21.0 v3.21.0 is empty). First-parent history stays on 3.20.3.

Nothing dropped from 3.20.x

The only mainnet commits not patch-equal in the tag are the three release commits (3.20.1, 3.20.2, 3.20.3). Every code fix they carried is present in v3.21.0 (develop backports).

Consensus safety

app/upgrades.go Upgrades list is empty in the tag, which auto-registers NewUpgrade("3.21.0") for this consensus minor. The 3.20.0 entry was the 3.20 patch-line baseline and is intentionally not carried.

After merge

Stop the mainnet pipeline before build-thornode: the deployable image is the private build (thornode-private mainnet).
